INFORMATION ON THE PROCEDURE FOR REVIEWING COMPLAINTS IN THE FIELD OF OPENENESS
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 11, 2017, No. ZRU-445 "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities":
Procedure for considering appeals from individuals and legal entities:
Appeals may be in oral, written, or electronic form.
Appeals received through the official email address of the "Technical Regulation Inspectorate," as well as the virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, are registered in the form of electronic appeals.
Registered appeals shall be considered within fifteen days from the date of receipt, and if additional study and (or) verification are required or additional documents are requested, within a period of up to one month.
Based on the results of the consideration of appeals, the applicant shall be informed in writing or in electronic form.

Submit a question from the feedback section on the "Technical Regulation Inspectorate" website
