The Navoiy regional department of the Inspectorate for Technical Regulation carried out a state control inspection at "AAA" JSC, located in the city of Navoiy.

The inspection established that the reinforced concrete well products manufactured by the company for use in construction did not conform to the requirements of the applicable standards.

In particular, it emerged that periodic testing of the products had not been carried out, quality certificates had not been issued, the products had not been marked in the established manner, and they had been sold without a certificate of conformity.

In view of the violations identified, a decision was taken to suspend the sale of the products and to impose a financial penalty in accordance with the applicable legislation.

In addition, an administrative report was drawn up against the responsible official and sent to the court for consideration and legal action in the established manner.

The enterprise was further issued with mandatory instructions to remedy the identified shortcomings, obtain a certificate of conformity, manufacture products in conformity with the applicable standards, and prevent such violations in future.
