A seminar for representatives of regulatory bodies was held in Jizzakh

A seminar dedicated to protecting the rights of business entities and ensuring the transparency of control measures was organized in the Jizzakh region with the participation of representatives from regulatory bodies.
The event was organized at the initiative of the officials of the Office of the Business Ombudsman under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Jizzakh region. Reports were heard on the essence and significance of Presidential Decree No. UP-63 dated April 17, 2026, and Resolution No. PP-374 dated September 13, 2022.
The speakers noted that the new legal mechanisms play an important role in preventing illegal interference in business activities, increasing the transparency of inspections, and coordinating control measures.
The seminar was attended by state inspectors of the Jizzakh regional branch of the Inspectorate for Control in the Sphere of Technical Regulation and representatives of other regulatory bodies. In conclusion, the Business Ombudsman provided legal clarifications to the questions raised by the participants.
Experts noted that such seminars serve to form a unified practice in the activities of regulatory bodies, reliably protect the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, and further strengthen the openness and transparency of state control.
