In the Amudarya district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, low-quality products used in construction processes were identified, returned from circulation, and disposed of in accordance with the established procedure.
— During the inspections, it was determined that 9 reinforced concrete support cushions ("Rail-concrete support cushion") delivered by "SHAFZON BETON" LLC for the drinking water supply system development project of the Amudarya district do not comply with the requirements of current regulatory documents.
— In connection with this situation, the Inspectorate for Control in the Field of Technical Regulation has submitted a corresponding submission to the enterprise regarding the withdrawal from circulation and disposal of non-compliant products.
As part of the implementation of the submission, the products identified with the participation of representatives of business entities and regulatory bodies were disposed of in accordance with the established procedure.
The responsible officials warned the manufacturing enterprise representatives to strictly comply with the requirements of regulatory documents in the future, otherwise appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with the procedure established by law.
