International Agreements
The “Uzbekcosmos” Agency and the authorized bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan have signed a number of bilateral and multilateral agreements with foreign countries and reputable organizations in order to expand international cooperation in the field of space activities.
In particular:
Republic of India
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of India on cooperation in the exploration and peaceful uses of outer space (2018).
Republic of Kazakhstan
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in the exploration and peaceful uses of outer space (2021).
French Republic
Framework Agreement between the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Centre for Space Studies of France on cooperation in the space sector (2018).
Republic of Korea
Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Science and ICT of the Republic of Korea on cooperation in the exploration and peaceful uses of outer space (2019).
As well as a Memorandum of Understanding between the “Uzbekcosmos” Agency and the Korea Aerospace Administration (2025).
Republic of Türkiye
Protocol of cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye in the field of peaceful uses of outer space, space science, technologies and research (2024).
Republic of Azerbaijan
Memorandum of Understanding between the “Uzbekcosmos” Agency and the Space Agency of Azerbaijan (2022).
Islamic Republic of Pakistan
