Eco Expo Central Asia 2026 International Environmental Exhibition in Samarkand
From June 2 to 4, the International Environmental Exhibition "Eco Expo Central Asia 2026" is taking place at the EXPO CENTER exhibition hall within the Silk Road Samarkand complex.
The Uzbekkosmos Agency and the Center for Space Monitoring and Geoinformation Technologies are participating in the exhibition with their own dedicated booth.
The exhibition showcases modern solutions based on satellite data, geographic information systems, drone monitoring, and artificial intelligence technologies. These technologies enable effective monitoring in the fields of ecology, agriculture, water resources, forestry, and infrastructure.
Visitors to the booth are provided with detailed information on the following areas:
- Monitoring of solid waste landfills
- Digitalization of green areas
- Detection of illegal tree cutting
- Mapping of forest fund lands
- Monitoring of forest fire risks
- Digitalization of agricultural lands
- Monitoring of crop areas
- Analysis of water resource usage
- Monitoring of reservoirs and important infrastructure facilities
