During a dialogue with the public after the court hearings, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, Head of the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Maruf Usmanov, Mayor of Kokand, and Alisher Tursunov, Chief Physician of Fergana Regional Narcology Dispensary No. 2 in Kokand, provided information on the inevitability of punishment for crimes, the negative consequences of drug addiction and the possibilities for recovery, the strict penalties established by law for drug trafficking, and answered questions from the public.
