The event was attended by Kokand Mayor Marufjon Usmanov, industry experts, and representatives working at the neighborhood (mahalla) level.
The discussion covered various forms of practical assistance for women, support mechanisms, and the priority tasks for working with those included in the seventh phase of the register. Deputy Mayor Nigora Ergasheva provided an overview of ongoing efforts and future plans. The seminar concluded with a Q&A session and the collection of proposals aimed at effectively supporting women, ensuring their employment, and increasing their social engagement.
