In Kokand city, Mahalla System Workers’ Day was celebrated with grand festivities.

The festive event, held at the “Baxt Uyi” Palace of Celebrations, was attended by Adxamjon Ziyavitdinov, head of the Fergana regional branch of the Uzbekistan Mahalla Association, Kokand mayor Marufjon Usmonov, members of the local “mahalla seven,” and representatives of the wider community.
During the ceremony, it was emphasized that, thanks to the initiatives of the country’s leadership, major reforms and significant updates have taken place in the mahalla system.
The contribution of Kokand’s mayor to the development of the mahalla institution was recognized, and he was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Fergana regional branch of the Uzbekistan Mahalla Association. Mahalla system employees who faithfully serve the people were also honored with various awards, commemorative gifts, and certificates of appreciation.
