In 2024, for the first time, 2 energy storage systems, each with a capacity of 150 MW, totaling 300 MW, were commissioned in the Fergana and Andijan regions.
In 2025, 10 energy storage systems with a total capacity of 1245 MW were commissioned across the country.
In 2026, it is planned to commission 6 more energy storage systems with a total capacity of 884 MW.
By 2030, the total capacity of energy storage systems is planned to reach 4.5 GW.
