In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 252 dated April 22, 2025, the activities of organized employment of citizens abroad are carried out by the Migration Agency.
Also, in accordance with the Law "On Private Employment Agencies", only private employment agencies licensed by the Migration Agency are entitled to engage in this activity.
⚠️During control measures conducted by the Migration Agency, it was revealed that "some businessmen" were not providing services by collecting money from citizens through advertisements on social networks under the guise of consulting or information services, and were also engaged in sending them to work abroad without a license. The following measures were taken against these societies:
🔴 An inspection was conducted at "WORLDVISA" LLC on 09.04.2025, and on 11.04.2025, a fine of 112,500,000 soums was applied, and a lawsuit was filed with the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court;
🔴 An inspection was conducted at "Everyone Consult" LLC on 09.04.2025, a fine of 112,500,000 soums was applied on 11.04.2025, and a lawsuit was filed with the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court;
🔴 An inspection was conducted at "Adworld Group" LLC on 24.04.2025, a fine of 112,500,000 soums was applied on 28.04.2025, and a lawsuit was filed with the Urgench Inter-District Economic Court;
🔴 An inspection was conducted at "RICH RESULT" LLC on 15.05.2025, a fine of 112,500,000 soums was applied on 21.05.2025, and a lawsuit was filed with the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court;
🔴 "RAVON CONSULT GROUP" LLC'S PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY conducted an inspection on May 15, 2025, imposed a fine of 112,500,000 soums on May 26, 2025, and filed a lawsuit with the Bekobod Inter-District Economic Court.
