Citizens who made payments in 2023–2024 to the Agency for External Labor Migration, and in 2025 to the Migration Agency, for services related to employment abroad, but did not depart for work due to certain organizational or other circumstances arising on the part of the foreign employer, will have the paid funds refunded in order to ensure their interests.
