The Agreement Is Working: High Demand for Uzbek Specialists in Qatar

✒️ At the beginning of 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Migration Agency and Qatar’s major state recruitment company “Jusour.”
📍As part of the implementation of the agreement, “Jusour” CEO Abdulhadi Bakhit Barkan visited Uzbekistan and, together with the Director of the Migration Agency, Behzod Musayev, discussed ways to further simplify procedures for recruiting qualified specialists from Uzbekistan to Qatar.
During the meeting, it was noted that in Qatar:
— there is high demand for specialists in nursing, construction, IT, and telecommunications;
— “Golden Visas” are being granted to surgical specialists.
🔗 In addition, the integration of Qatar’s digital platform “Tawzeef” with the Migration Agency’s xorijdaish.uz platform was discussed.
⏳This year, the Migration Agency published vacancy announcements for positions in the DUTY-FREE retail network and Qatar Airways, and candidates’ résumés were uploaded to the “Tawzeef” platform. Candidates selected by employers are currently at the interview stage.
📌 The guests highly appreciated the Migration Agency’s practical experience in preparing specialists for employment abroad and emphasized that this approach could also be effective for Qatar.
