Central Asia is entering a new, historically significant stage of its development. Today we are entering a stage of genuine solidarity. For the first time in many years, an atmosphere of mutual trust, good neighborliness, and respect is being formed in our region, which serves as the foundation for our joint progress.
This is not a spontaneous process, but the result of purposeful efforts and political will of the leaders of our countries, who have realized their common destiny and the potential for joint development. At the same time, the intensification of this process in an atmosphere of mutual trust testifies to the fact that regional cooperation, supported by the peoples of the countries of Central Asia, has become a large-scale necessity.
We see that conditions have been created at the level of our states to bring our cooperation to a new stage of regional rapprochement. We face the strategic task of transforming the agreements reached into concrete results and conveniences for citizens and businesses. Central Asia should become not just a document, but a common space where decisions are made and opportunities are jointly used to ensure sustainable development and improve the daily lives of people in the countries of the region.
