Meeting with the head of the diplomatic mission of Afghanistan

On February 3, 2025, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhromjon Aloyev met with the head of the diplomatic mission of Afghanistan Abdul Ghafar Terawi.
During the meeting, a detailed exchange of views took place on the current situation in Afghanistan. The parties also discussed the prospects for Uzbek-Afghan relations.
Abdul Ghafar Terawi highly appreciated the efforts of Uzbekistan towards developing a consolidated regional position on Afghanistan, establishing long-term peace and stability in the country, as well as providing humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people.
