Press Secretary of the Minister of Foreign Affairs

In accordance with the relevant Order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 18, 2026, Omonulla Lutfullayevich Fayziev has been appointed Press Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Prior to this appointment, O.Fayziyev served as Head of the Department for Cooperation with the countries of South Asia and the Middle East at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He holds a degree in International Economic Relations and International Journalism.
