On the meeting with Japanese Ambassador

On December 4, 2025, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan B.Usmanov held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan Kenji Hirata.
Expressing his gratitude for the congratulations on his official appointment, the Japanese diplomat indicated his readiness to make efforts to strengthen the strategic partnership and comprehensively expand cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan in the fields of trade, investment, energy, infrastructure, education and culture.
During the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues on the current agenda of Uzbek-Japanese cooperation, as well as the schedule of upcoming joint bilateral and multilateral events.
