Committee of the Treasury service under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This Temporary Charter defines the status of the Treasury Service Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Treasury) under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the main tasks, functions, responsibilities, procedure and reporting on its activities, as well as the functional duties and responsibilities of the heads of the Treasury.

The Treasury is the executive body of the republic in the sphere of execution of budgets of the budget system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Treasury is subordinate to the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Economy and Finance).

In its activities, the Treasury complies with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as this Charter and other legislative acts.

Decisions made by the Treasury within the limits of its powers are binding on state and economic management bodies, local government bodies, other organizations and their officials, as well as legal entities and individuals.

The Treasury, its departments of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent (hereinafter referred to as territorial departments) are legal entities, have seals and forms with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its name written in the state language, personal treasury accounts, bank accounts, including in foreign currency.

The Treasury carries out its activities in accordance with the law, regardless of the executive authorities of the republic and local government authorities.

abbreviation – Gaznachilik;

b) in Russian:

full name - Комитет казначейской службы при Министерстве экономики и финансов Республики Узбекистан,

abbreviation – Казначейство;

c) in English:

full name – Treasury Service Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan,

abbreviation – Treasury.
