At the general meeting of shareholders of UZEX, held on March 19 of this year, it was decided to allocate 143.2 billion UZS for payment of dividends. Shareholders will receive 382 UZS for each share. For example, a shareholder owning 5,000 shares will receive 1.91 million UZS.
At the general meeting of shareholders of UZEX, held on March 19 of this year, it was decided to allocate 143.2 billion UZS for payment of dividends. Shareholders will receive 382 UZS for each share. For example, a shareholder owning 5,000 shares will receive 1.91 million UZS.
It should be reminded that in November 2024, due to capitalization of a part of retained earnings UZEX, shareholders received an additional 4 shares for each acquired share without making any payments. That is, if investors previously purchased 1000 shares under the “People's IPO” program, the number of shares owned by them automatically amounted to 5000.

2️. Fill out the application;
3️. Email the filled application to info@rtsb.uz.
4️. Expect the funds to be credited to the bank account (plastic card) you specified. Dividends are paid within 60 days from the date of the shareholders' meeting.
