Information on the open sales processes of LLC “Xiva Plaza”

In accordance with the announcements of the State Assets Management Agency dated June 10 this year regarding the open sales processes for state share in the authorized capital of LLC “Xiva Plaza” (Farovon Khiva Hotel), the following is reported.
Based on the recommendation of the privatization consultant, in order to conduct the sale process in a transparent and competitive environment with the involvement of a larger number of potential investors, the deadline for submitting Expression of Interest applications for the purchase of the state share in LLC “Xiva Plaza” has been extended until 23:59 (Tashkent time) on Febraury 28, 2026.
In case of interest, applications should be sent to the info@rsm.uz email address.
It is also reported that all other points of the previously published information remain unchanged.
