Terms of Use of Information

On April 24, 1997, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 400-I “On Guarantees and Freedom of Access to Information” was adopted.

Copying information posted on the Government Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the “Portal”), including quoting information or messages in mass media, is permitted provided that the source of the information is duly acknowledged.

Information directly published on the Portal is considered the property of the Republic of Uzbekistan unless otherwise stipulated by legislation governing information, informatization, and information storage. Such information belongs to the category of publicly accessible information and is protected in accordance with copyright and related rights legislation. At the same time, this information may not be regarded as an object for commercial exploitation.

When following hyperlinks to external information resources, Internet users leave the Portal. The Portal is not responsible for the accuracy, relevance, or frequency of updates of information published on external resources.

Individuals and legal entities wishing to place a hyperlink to the Portal on their information resources (including catalog elements, sections, graphic banners, and other components) must obtain approval from the Information Support and Development Group of the Government Portal operated by UZINFOCOM, the Single Integrator for the Creation and Maintenance of State Information Systems.

Owners of information resources that contain hyperlinks to the Government Portal are prohibited from:

• disseminating false or misleading information related to the placement of hyperlinks to the Government Portal;
• publishing information on their resources that contradicts the objectives and operating principles of the Government Portal.
