• Allocation of land plots to individuals and legal entities (0811) (terminated pursuant to Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-6243 dated 8 June 2021).
• Registration of the right to install outdoor advertising and information facilities (structures) (0812) (Unified Interactive Public Services Portal).
• Granting the status of "Honorary Citizen" (0813) (by issuing a certificate based on the decision of the Regional Council of People's Deputies. Legal basis: Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 648 dated 5 August 2019).
• Naming and renaming of geographical features (0817) (based on the conclusions of the republican, regional, district and city commissions on naming and renaming geographical features, and the decisions of the respective Councils of People's Deputies. Legal basis: Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-303 dated 12 October 2011).
• Allocation of a one-time subsidy from the local budget to non-governmental educational organizations for organizing foreign language teaching activities in rural areas (08113) (Unified Interactive Public Services Portal).
