During the reception, citizens raised 44 issues concerning various areas of public life.

The issues included:

• Healthcare — 2;

• “Inson” Social Services Center — 9;

• Cadastral matters — 2;

• Women’s issues — 2;

• Preschool and school education — 3;

• Electricity supply — 3;

• Youth affairs — 3;

• Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement — 2;

• Agriculture — 1;

• Environmental issues — 1;

• Credit-related issues — 6;

• Judicial and legal matters — 1;

• Drinking water supply — 1;

• Household waste collection — 1;

• Entrepreneurship — 1;

• Issues falling within the responsibilities of the district Hokim’s deputies — 6.

Approximately 10 issues were resolved positively on the spot. The remaining matters were referred to the relevant organizations and responsible officials, and their implementation was placed under supervision.

Efforts to listen to citizens’ concerns, find practical solutions to their legitimate requests and problems, and ensure the proper implementation of assigned tasks will continue consistently.
