During the reception, citizens raised 37 issues related to various areas.

The appeals included:

• healthcare issues — 5;
• “Inson” Social Services Center — 6;
• employment — 6;
• Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement — 3;
• “Notebooks” programme-related issues — 4;
• Department of Preschool and School Education — 3;
• banking services — 2;
• issues within the authority of the district hokim’s deputies — 8.

Around 10 appeals were positively resolved on the spot. The remaining issues were assigned to responsible officials, and their implementation was placed under control.

Work to listen to citizens’ appeals and find practical solutions to their legitimate requests and concerns will continue consistently.
