The complaint submitted by citizen A. Abdurahimov, a resident of Oltiariqchek Street in the “Farovon” Mahalla of Baliqchi District, through the President’s Virtual Reception and social media platforms (Telegram channels), concerning electricity supply and the installation of a transformer substation was re-examined on site by specialists of the Chinobod Electricity Distribution Company.
According to the results of the inspection, the following practical measures have been carried out to provide consumers on Oltiariqchek Street in the “Farovon” Mahalla, as well as the household of citizen A. Abdurahimov mentioned in the complaint, with high-quality and stable electricity:
Transformer capacity increased: In order to reduce the existing load and improve voltage on Oltiariqchek Street, the old 100 kVA transformer substation was replaced with a new 160 kVA transformer substation, which has been installed and commissioned.
Power transmission network upgraded: In order to improve the electricity supply to consumers on Oltiariqchek Street, particularly the household of applicant A. Abdurahimov, and to reduce network losses, an 800-meter insulated overhead power line using SIP-4x35 cable has been installed. Work is currently underway to gradually connect households to the newly installed SIP line and fully transfer them to the new network.
In order to expand electricity coverage in the area and ensure a stable power supply, two new transformer substations have been delivered to Ilmuto‘lib and Saodat streets within the “Farovon” Mahalla, and commissioning works are currently underway.
At present, Oltiariqchek Street and the adjacent households are supplied with standard and stable electricity through the transformer substation and the newly installed SIP cable line.
The claim stated in the complaint that “the transformer was not installed” was not confirmed. The completed works — a 160 kVA transformer substation and an 800-meter SIP cable line — are in place and operational.
