At the personal reception of Jasurbek Abdurayimov, Hokim of Baliqchi District, held every Friday for citizens, appeals from residents concerning various issues were considered.

During the reception, appeals were received regarding a total of 19 issues.

In particular:

• healthcare-related issues — 2;
• legal issues — 1;
• cadastre-related issues — 2;
• issues related to the Human Social Services Center — 4;
• employment-related issues — 2;
• issues related to the Department of Preschool and School Education — 2;
• issues within the authority of the district hokim’s deputies — 6 appeals.

During the reception, around 10 appeals were resolved positively. Relevant instructions were given to responsible leaders and officials regarding the remaining appeals, and their implementation was placed under control.

Such personal receptions, aimed at studying citizens’ appeals directly on site and finding practical solutions, play an important role in ensuring open dialogue with the population.
