Dear residents of Baliqchi District and esteemed guests!

In order to ensure the implementation of the decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at creating a safe environment in local communities and strengthening the activities of law enforcement agencies, I would like to address you regarding the current criminogenic situation in our district.

The primary purpose of this preventive appeal is to raise public awareness, prevent citizens from becoming victims of crime, and encourage vigilance among residents and visitors.

As a result of the measures carried out during the first six months of the current year, no cases of robbery, armed assault, hooliganism, or vehicle theft were recorded in the district.

Efforts to create a safe environment in local communities have led to a reduction in crime in 30 out of 66 mahallas, while no crimes were recorded in 23 mahallas.

In cooperation with law enforcement agencies, operational and investigative activities resulted in the solving of 189 criminal cases. Fourteen wanted individuals were apprehended, and all 29 missing persons were found and reunited with their families.

Administrative measures were taken against 874 parents who failed to fulfill their responsibilities regarding the education and upbringing of their children.

To prevent domestic violence, 426 protection orders were issued. As a result, 128 families were reconciled and disputes in 137 families were successfully resolved.

Special attention is also being paid to the prevention of cybercrime. However, with the rapid development of information technologies, crimes committed through the internet continue to increase. Therefore, we urge citizens not to trust suspicious advertisements, messages, or offers distributed through social media platforms.

Dear residents!

Another serious concern is the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. Protecting our youth from this threat is a shared responsibility.

During the first six months of the year, law enforcement operations resulted in the seizure of 874.5 grams of illegal narcotic substances.

We kindly ask parents to pay close attention to their children's behavior, lifestyle, and social environment. If any concerning changes are noticed, appropriate measures should be taken immediately, and relevant authorities should be informed.

All reforms and initiatives being implemented in our country are aimed at ensuring a peaceful, secure, and prosperous life for our people.

Therefore, we must continue working together to:
— prevent crime and offenses;
— combat criminal activity;
— strengthen public safety in our communities.

In this important work, we rely on the support of the public and every responsible citizen.
