A new system for effective communication with entrepreneurs in the light industry sector

A modern обращения submission system has been introduced by the Agency for the Development of Light Industry under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to ensure more convenient and effective interaction with entrepreneurs.
Users can submit their обращения through the following methods:

To submit an обращения, it is required to fill out an electronic form including key information (company details, contact information, and the subject of the request), as well as attach additional files if necessary.
After submission, a unique identification number is assigned, which allows users to track the status of their обращения online.
The review period is up to 14 working days.
This system ensures transparency, efficiency, and convenience in processing обращения, while strengthening effective communication with clients.
