The Agency of "Uzbekcosmos"

In order to expand the participation of young people in public administration, realize their knowledge and potential, support their initiatives, and strengthen open dialogue between young people and government organizations, the “Uzbekkosmos” Agency organized the “Youth Policy and Youth Participation in Governance Day”.

Talented students studying in higher education institutions, active young people with a strong interest in space technologies and the field participated in this event and shared their ideas and suggestions on issues of interest to them.

During the event, young people were provided with an opportunity to receive not only theoretical knowledge, but also to observe public administration and decision-making processes in practice, communicate with industry experts, and promote their own initiatives.

As part of the program:

The role of young people in public service and issues of ensuring their active participation in governance processes were discussed;

strategic planning exercises were held to form youth initiatives and promising projects aimed at socio-economic development;
views were exchanged on the possibilities of involving young people in decision-making processes, implementing their ideas and proposals in practice;
opportunities for young people to get acquainted with the activities of the civil service and observe management processes "from the inside" were demonstrated;
special attention was paid to the issues of applying the knowledge and potential of young people in the space sector, supporting innovative ideas, and widely involving promising young people in the field.

Today's talented and enterprising youth are tomorrow's qualified specialists and modern management personnel. Therefore, listening to the opinions of young people, creating opportunities for them to implement their ideas, and actively involving them in management processes is of great importance.

The Uzbekcosmos Agency will consistently continue its work to support the innovative ideas, scientific potential and initiatives of young people, and actively involve them in the development of the space sector.
