In recent days, Uzbekcosmos has implemented a number of important initiatives aimed at engaging with young people. These events are helping to increase the younger generation's interest in space technology, innovation, and science.
In particular, agency specialists held a meeting with students participating in the Space Club at Webster University. During the meeting, the students were provided with detailed information about the development of the space industry in Uzbekistan, the activities of Uzbekcosmos, and internship opportunities for young people. Furthermore, the Space Club was awarded the Most Active Club of the Month.
Another important initiative was the organization of an internship program for students from the Sehriyo School. As part of the program, students were given the opportunity to learn more about the agency's activities, interact with specialists, and participate in real-world projects. This experience is expected to further enhance the students' interest in space engineering and modern technology.
The agency also actively participated in the "STEM for Youth" forum, which aims to develop STEM education and robotics among young people in Uzbekistan. During the forum, participants were presented with modern developments in satellite technology and Earth remote sensing.
Such initiatives play an important role in attracting young people to science and technology, as well as in developing a new generation of specialists for Uzbekistan's space industry.
