Every year, the birthdays of two great figures who played an invaluable role in the history of Uzbek literature and statehood - Alisher Navoi and Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur - are widely celebrated in our country.

Alisher Navoi is a thinker who elevated our mother tongue to a high literary level and embodied the ideas of humanism and justice in his works. Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, in turn, is a great personality who left an indelible mark on world history as a poet, commander, and statesman.

Their rich heritage continues to call us to science, patriotism, and high spirituality today.
