1.            The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Rural Roads Resilience Sector Project, which was approved and the loan agreement signed in December 2023. The project the loan agreement signed in December 2023. The project aims to rehabilitate approximately 700 km of rural roads across Uzbekistan. A portion of this financing, upon approval from ADB, will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

 

2.         The Committee for Roads under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for RRRSP-W04: Works for Rehabilitation and Performance-based Maintenance of Rural Roads in Fergana Region (Lots 1, 2 and 3) (“the Works”).

 

3.         Open Competitive Bidding (national advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

 

4.            Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications may participate in this Bidding:

6.            To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible Bidders should:
