Restricting or prohibiting the movement of vehicles

Article 16. Rights and obligations of road organizations:
In adverse weather and climate conditions, in the event of natural disasters, fires, when the road loses its bearing capacity and in other similar cases, as well as when repair and construction work is being carried out, road organizations are responsible for local the State Road Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Emergency Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan informed the state authorities about it has the right to restrict or prohibit the movement of vehicles together with the units of the Ministry of Situations.
Road organizations are obliged to ensure that highways are in good condition and that vehicles can pass through them regularly and safely.
