REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
Within the framework of the project for the construction of a bypass road around the cities of Turtkul, Ellikqala, and Beruniy, on the 581–673 km section of the A380 “Guzar–Bukhara–Nukus–Beyneu” highway, implemented with the participation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Committee for Roads announces the commencement of the selection process for a consulting company to provide technical supervision services for the construction works under this project.
The consulting services will include (but are not limited to) the following tasks:
• review of applicable standards, regulations, and practices,
• analysis of the working design,
• certification of all construction works performed by the international contractor in terms of quality and quantity,
• contract management,
• monitoring and evaluation of the positive impacts of the project.
The companies will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
• management experience,
• technical experience,
• geographical experience, including country and regional experience.
