This invitation to submit proposals is issued following the General Procurement Notice for the above-mentioned project, published on the EBRD Clients’ Electronic Procurement Portal (ECEPP) – https://ecepp.ebrd.com dated July 1, 2025 (revised edition). The “Avtoyulinvest” Agency under the Committee for Automobile Roads of the Republic of Uzbekistan, acting as the Employer and Implementing Agency, with financial support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), initiates the selection of qualified road construction companies to participate in the road infrastructure reconstruction project. The project involves the reconstruction of the D213 regional road section “Urgench – Khanka – Khazarasp – Amudarya River – A380 highway” covering a distance of 84 kilometers (km 0–84) in the Khorezm region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The project implementation will be financed by funds provided under a loan administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The purpose of this procurement procedure is to select the most qualified, technically and financially capable contracting organizations with experience in performing similar road construction works in international projects. Participation in the procurement is open to companies from any country that meet the selection criteria established in the tender documentation, in accordance with the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules dated May 15, 2022.
