The Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan has approved the concept of a public-private partnership project (hereinafter – the Project) for the Tashkent City, M.Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the swimming pool of Sports School No. 1 in Ulugbek district a public-private partnership basis, construction and use of a sports-wellness center. The Project was prepared based on a private initiative by “Rehab Sport” LLC.

The selection a private partner for the project is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” and the Decree No. 720 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 30, 2024 "On further improvement of the sphere of public-private partnership and comprehensive systematization measures".

All businesmen interested in implementing this Project can express their interest by completing the Expression of interest form below and sending it to the addresses listed below.

In order to participate in the tender, businessmen should submit their interest and requests by August 30, 2025.

Bids are rejected if the approved request form and documents (reports) are not submitted in full and on time.
