Specifically, based on the mandates defined in Decree No. PF-6166 dated February 10, 2021, Resolution No. PQ-5132 dated May 31, 2021, and Decree No. PF-117 dated July 25, 2025, the Khokimiyat (Administration) of Shahrixon District maintains strict oversight over the timely processing, quality completion, and comprehensive execution of all presidential directives.

To guarantee the high-quality and timely execution of these directives, customized monitoring action plans were developed for each document and forwarded to the relevant organizations and deputy khokims of the district for implementation.
Furthermore, actionable measures were taken to ensure the timely and quality completion of the following assignments scheduled for execution in May of this year:
-
100 assignments under the direct responsibility of the regional Khokimiyat;
-
2 assignments from the documents of the Head of the Presidential Administration;
-

Performance Discipline and Monitoring
-
Critical Reviews: The status of executive discipline is critically reviewed every Monday under the chairmanship of the Regional Khokim, and every Friday under the First Deputy Khokim.
-
Proactive Planning: To prevent delays, a comprehensive list of tasks due for execution in the upcoming month is generated on the 25th day of each current month. This list is distributed to the responsible deputy district khokims, heads of groups and departments, and relevant organizations.
-
Roadmaps: Consequently, localized calendars and "roadmaps" are approved for each responsible executor to streamline the workflow.
Based on analytical assessments, systemic deficiencies in maintaining executive discipline and their root causes are identified, followed by immediate corrective actions.
Concurrently, targeted and comprehensive audits are conducted within the district Khokimiyat according to an approved schedule. For instance, during the past four months of 2026, the compliance status of 2 organizations and 2 deputy khokims regarding legislative acts and assignments was audited, and practical assistance was provided to streamline their execution processes.
The District Khokimiyat has defined specific tasks aimed at ensuring the timely, complete, and high-quality fulfillment of the mandates of the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan through the "Ijro.gov.uz" electronic system, keeping all execution processes under continuous monitoring.
