In particular, during a dialogue held for civil servants in the Kokand city administration, information was provided on the work being carried out in our country in recent years on the initiatives of our head of state to increase the prestige of the public service, and to provide social and material support to civil servants.
During the dialogue, negative vices that civil servants should be aware of, corruption, etiquette, culture of dressing and communicating with citizens, factors affecting the image of public services were also discussed, and regulatory and legal documents in this regard, instructions and methodological recommendations on the ethics of civil servants were provided.
