Kokand city hokim Maruf Usmanov, accompanied by Kokand city prosecutor Alisher Nazarov, Kokand city imam-khatib Abdumajid qori Isakov, and Kokand city head of the pre-school and school education department Iroda Mirzaeva, laid the first brick of the school's foundation.
