Adminstration of the Kokand city Fergana region

The meeting provided information on reforms initiated in recent years at the initiative of the President to expand and strengthen dialogue between government institutions and citizens, as well as fundamentally transform the nature of public administration based on the principle that government institutions should serve the people.

The meeting emphasized the importance of working effectively with citizens’ appeals, engaging directly with residents during mobile receptions held by officials, and resolving requests submitted through the Virtual Reception.

It was then announced that Tohirjon Tolibjonovich Turopov, who had previously served as Head of the Office of the Kokand City Administration, had been appointed Deputy Head of the Presidential People’s Reception Office in Kokand.

Kokand Mayor Marufjon Usmonov recognized Tohirjon Turopov’s professional and personal qualities, as well as his achievements, and wished him success in his new position.
