Independence Day celebrations in mahallas

Festive events dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan are being held across the mahallas of Kokand.
In particular, residents of the “G‘ishtko‘prik” mahalla — young people, senior citizens and active members of the community — gathered to celebrate the important national holiday in a joyful atmosphere.
The programme featured a concert with the participation of professional performers and local youth, dance performances and various entertainment activities. A draughts competition was also organised among young people, with the winners receiving well-deserved awards.
Such events further enhance the festive atmosphere in the mahallas and contribute to strengthening unity, solidarity and community spirit among residents.
