The development of tourism projects aimed at improving the well-being of the population and creating affordable, profitable and, most importantly, long-term opportunities — with a perspective of up to 100 years — has been identified by the President as one of the key priorities of state policy.

In Kokand, projects based on the experience of leading countries with developed tourism sectors, while taking into account national traditions and customs, are gaining increasing momentum.
In particular, in the “Isfara Guzar” mahalla, located along one of Kokand’s three tourism routes, residential homes are being renovated in a traditional national style and transformed into more attractive spaces for tourists.
Such projects help preserve the historical and national character of the mahalla while creating new tourist destinations and contributing to increased employment and household incomes.
