Tasks Set to Improve the Efficiency of Public Appeals Handling and the Socio-Economic Development of Kokand

Kokand City Hokim Marufjon Usmonov held a meeting with responsible officials and members of the "Urgent 100 Days" headquarters, during which priorities were outlined to strengthen the accountability of officials in handling citizens' appeals submitted both online and through in-person visits. Special emphasis was also placed on improving the effectiveness of the mahalla "Group of Seven" and enhancing the performance of responsible government agencies and organizations in addressing public appeals.
In addition, Marufjon Usmonov met with members of the headquarters responsible for Kokand's socio-economic development to review the progress of work being carried out by the working groups within the framework of the "Urgent 100 Days" initiative. The officials were instructed to ensure the implementation of the tasks assigned during the meeting chaired by the Governor of Fergana Region and to achieve a high standard of quality and effectiveness across all sectors.
