A meeting to review criminal incidents in Kokand was held with the participation of Mayor Marufjon Usmonov, representatives of mahallas and the education system, neighborhood police inspectors, and other officials responsible for the issues on the agenda.
During the discussion, particular attention was given to the factors that contributed to the crimes committed. The performance of officials who had shown negligence in carrying out their duties was also assessed.
The meeting also focused on child upbringing, the responsibilities of parents and educators in the educational process, the role of respected elders and community activists in mahallas, adherence to standards of conduct in society, and the importance of raising a law-abiding younger generation. Relevant tasks were assigned to the responsible officials.
