The lessons at Secondary School No. 14 are attended by the city mayor and members of the teaching staff.

During his interaction with students, the mayor highlighted the expected outcomes of these sessions with Korean experts, noting that national education reforms have created broad opportunities for such initiatives.
The seminars and classes are being held under an agreement between the Kokand city administration, the National Pedagogy Institute named after Qori Niyoziy, and the Korea International Cooperation Agency. The program aims to nurture motivated students and highly skilled teachers in Kokand. If the results prove successful, this experience is expected to be introduced not only in local schools but eventually across the country.
