Kokand Khokim Maruf Usmanov held a meeting with officials responsible for the agenda items and gave instructions on establishing a state-owned greenhouse in our city and planting seasonal flower seedlings grown in areas designated for improvement by April 1, as part of the implementation of the Presidential Resolution "On additional measures to improve the financial stability of local budgets and budgetary organizations and strengthen budget discipline."
