Kokand, with its thousand-year history, is turning from a small town into a modern metropolis and an international center of tourism and trade. There was a time when our city had only two nine-storey buildings, and when we thought about apartment housing, we imagined two- or four-storey houses built during the Soviet era. There was a great public need for affordable, comfortable, and modern housing.
Today, on the site of the former oil-and-fat processing plant that for many years troubled residents with technical emissions, a new district has emerged from nothing, built using the latest global construction technologies.
High-rise buildings have risen from scratch. The residential complex, which includes all the amenities necessary for daily life—such as a kindergarten, a school, utility services, and shops—has become the largest and most long-awaited gift for the people of Kokand, bringing to life our dreams of affordable and modern housing.
