The mayor of Kokand has assigned the responsible officials the task of organizing the New Year's fair and public festivities at Urda Square at the highest level. The fair's events will take place across a vast area, stretching from the symbolic gates of the craft stalls erected during the festival to Istiklol Street. The festive fair, which will take place in the same location where the Kokand and international artisans' stalls once stood, will offer the public food, consumer goods, and household goods at the most affordable prices.
In short, during the holidays, this street will be filled with the finest goods from branded stores, leading manufacturing companies, and our city's markets. The fair will feature tastings, discounts and promotions, product presentations, and artistic performances. Just like during the festival, this area will become the heart of our city and will delight our fellow citizens until midnight.
