Today, Maruf Usmanov, the mayor of Kokand, was presented with a certificate of appreciation from the Kori Niyozi National Institute of Education for his efforts in organizing the high-level pedagogical symposium.
The certificate of appreciation and commemorative gifts were presented by Doctor of Philosophy and Professor Mukhayo Umaralieva, who expressed hope for continued cooperation between the institute and the Kokand city administration.
