In his speech, the Minister of defense emphasized the special significance of the most precious and cherished value—independence—in the life of our country. He spoke in detail about the consistent reforms carried out in the Armed Forces over the past period, the achievements made, as well as the great victories of our servicemen in international competitions.

Next, a relevant presidential decree was read out, under which a group of servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces were solemnly awarded state decorations. In addition, by order of the Minister of defense, another group of servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces received new military ranks, Ministry of defense insignias, commemorative badges, certificates of honor, and valuable gifts.

Performances by the Central song and dance ensemble of the Armed Forces, as well as by popular and beloved artists, added a special atmosphere and festive spirit to the event.
